Rescheduling Policy
Notice of unavailability 24hrs or more before the start of the meeting
• If you are unable to attend the scheduled video call and are able to inform me before 24 hours of its commencement, the call can be rescheduled at no cost by contacting me via the email address containing the Google Meet link that I forwarded to you prior to the meeting.
Notice of unavailability within 24hrs of the start of the meeting
• If you are unable to attend the scheduled video call and can only inform me within 24 hours of its commencement, the call can be rescheduled for an additional fee of £20. Please contact me via the email containing the Google Meet link that I forwarded prior to the meeting.
Unexpected no show.
• If you don’t attend the meeting within 20 minutes of the start of the allotted time and have failed to let me know, I’m afraid you’ll forfeit your opportunity for any kind of refund or rescheduling. If you require a new call, you must purchase one as before.
If Oli is unable to attend
• In the event that I am unable to attend the scheduled meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, I will promptly contact you and reschedule the appointment. Should this situation be unacceptable, a full refund will be processed.
If there is a Booking conflict
• Gumroad’s booking system isn’t very sophisticated at present, so unfortunately conflict bookings are an issue. If such a conflict occurs, I will contact you and ask for a reschedule. If no reschedule can be agreed, I will refund your call.
Call Quality Policy
Quality of call reception
• If there are so many technical issues that the video call repeatedly fails and a proper lesson cannot be imparted, the call can be rescheduled free of charge. If this is not acceptable, a full refund can be granted.
